The idea was to create a smarter, more intuitive way for project managers and executives to interact with their data—using an AI avatar to get insights, track project metrics, and manage documents effortlessly.

My Role
I focused on crafting a seamless AI experience, designing high-fidelity mockups for key features. My goal was to make interactions simple, dashboards easy to read, and document management smooth.
The Problem
Most PMO tools are clunky and overwhelming—packed with data but hard to navigate. Project managers waste time digging through layers of menus just to find key insights or retrieve documents. The challenge was to simplify this experience with a futuristic, AI-powered approach.
Proposed Solution
I designed an interface where users can:
Chat with an AI avatar to ask project-related questions, get recommendations, and follow up naturally.
See a clean, insightful dashboard with real-time project metrics, AI-driven alerts, and key performance indicators.
Upload and manage documents easily, with AI suggesting tags, organizing files, and checking data quality.
